The location along the waterfront is a game changer, providing fine views and easy access to the old town and local attractions. The hotel features an on-site brewery, where you can enjoy a great atmosphere and interesting beer selections-a good way to wind down during your stay.
The air conditioning in our Premium Double Room didn't quite meet expectations, as it couldn't switch to cooling in October, resulting in some uncomfortable warmth at night. The absence of basic staples like tissues in the room and a poorly stocked drink tray was surprising. The breakfast selection could definitely use more variety, with limited pastries and hot options-something you'd generally expect at a place with a five-star rating. Without dressers, organizing luggage was awkward, leading to some tripping hazards.

The staff were attentive and pleasant. The hotel itself was well located with the picturesque marina directly to the front and the old town itself a short walk away. Reasonably located and easily reached by car from the airport and ready access to routes out of Gdansk

The charming blend of historical elegance and modern design captivated me. The accessible layout made moving around the hotel easy, and I was particularly fond of the stylish lobby, bright and inviting.
More seating options in common areas would be appreciated.

Delicious breakfasts, superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff.
Lovely traditional hotel located in a cute area close to all the most interesting historical monuments, river side and Close to all restaurants. Good sized rooms with old fashioned decoration. Magnificent views of the old town all around.

Very pleasant reception staff, a clean crisp hotel with immaculate rooms and comfortable beds.
Breakfast was poor cold scrambled eggs and poor quality bacon, breakfast is something I really look forward and it was a total letdown. Also bad lighting over the food area and what was most disappointing was the VERY rood breakfast staff! We stood and looked to be seated but just got stared at. Neither a good morning nor a good gay when leaving nothing! Same on both days and needs addressing as its letting what is a fantastic Hotel down badly. Would I stay again yes but would give them one more chance on the breakfast and if it has not improved then no!

We had a spacious, corner room facing the harbor and the old town. It was very nice and comfortable. We also appreciated the very simple but effective mechanism attached to the window that draw fresh air in. Finally, the pub downstairs had a good atmosphere and its beer-garden in the front makes the otherwise quiet location seem more lively.
There was a rather big construction site close to the hotel, (not the fault of the hotel, for sure), but it did make the surrounding look a bit messy and feel perhaps uncomfortable for some.

An Amazing Experience in Gdańsk!
We felt so welcomed by the staff! Enjoyed fresh pastries and local cheeses at breakfast. The spa facilities were perfectly maintained. We also loved exploring the Old Town, just a short stroll away. For anyone visiting, definitely check out the local microbrewery nearby!

Location near Old Town is perfect. Breakfast selection is fantastic. The bar closes early, frustrating wanting to relax with a drink. Live music added a fun vibe.

Hotel was in nice neiborhood, next to old town and Marina. The wiev from the restaurant terace was nice with all sailing boats and old builnings, and even though that there was a lot of re-building going on, it was not disturbing. Hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was very helpfull.
Room was nice, but the air conditioning would be needed, especially for the upcoming summer.

The room was spacious, and the kids loved the buffet breakfast every morning. The charming view of the Crane and the nearby Motława riverbank.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.
